We accept all major credit cards, cash, or currently dated cheque at the time of the sale.
All orders are accepted subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel all or part of your order in the event that we are unable to supply due to damage caused by weather conditions, insects, disease, error in count or other causes beyond our control.
Stock is guaranteed to be in good condition on leaving the nursery. Customers should inspect stock at time of receipt and report any issues to us immediately.
On shipments any issue with respect to condition of stock or error in count must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of the order. Because of the many variables associated with growing plants, we cannot assume responsibility for results eventually obtained by customers who purchase our products.
In the event of a claim being deemed justified by us we will replace, issue a store credit or refund the value of the affected stock at our option. Under no circumstances will PVN be liable for more than the purchase price of the affected stock. Buyer agrees to make claim with the carrier for any in-transit damage.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We will confirm the current price when your order is placed. Prices are HST extra.
