Description
Limelight Hydrangea is a popular, award winning shrub known for its large, cone shaped flower clusters that shift in colour from lime green to creamy white, and eventually to shades of pink and burgundy as autumn approaches. It is highly valued for its reliability, hardiness, and long blooming season from mid summer through to frost. It has an upright, mounded growth habit with sturdy, woody stems that generally support the heavy blooms better than other varieties, though young plants may still experience some drooping. In northern climates, this variety can handle 6 to 8 hours of direct sun per day.
