The Emily Carr Rose is a hardy, disease resistant shrub from the Canadian Artists Series, featuring vibrant, semi double blooms. It is an upright shrub with a fast growth rate and is known for blooming continuously from late spring until the first frost. This rose produces clusters of large, rich, deep red blooms that are typically semi double or fully double. The flowers contrast with dark green, glossy foliage that often turns golden yellow in the fall. Because of its dense, upright habit, it is often used for hedges, borders,or as an accent specimen in the garden. Requires at least 6 hours of sun per day for the best flower production and disease resistance.
