Description
The Midnite Spire Crabapple is a narrow, upright ornamental tree ideal for small spaces or privacy screens. Extremely narrow and upright (columnar), it features exceptional glossy purple leaves that emerge burgundy in spring and maintain their deep colour all summer. In mid spring, it produces airy clusters of fragrant pink blossoms before the leaves fully emerge. Small to medium sized purple or red fruits appear in fall and often persist into winter, providing food for birds.
