Description
The Purple D'oro Daylily is a popular miniature reblooming daylily known for its compact size and prolific, orchid purple flowers with yellow throats. Often described as the purple counterpart to the famous Stella D'oro, it features small to medium sized flowers starting in early summer and continues to rebloom repeatedly throughout the season until fall and attractive, compact clumps of arching, grass like green leaves at the base. Best planted in full sun to partial shade. These darker flowers may benefit from afternoon shade to preserve colour intensity.
